
Jill is a Director at The PeterSan Group. Her practice has primarily focused on law firm partner and counsel placements and now includes associate and in-house roles. Prior to The PeterSan Group, she worked at another well-known legal recruiting firm.
At the outset of her career, Jill practiced law at a mid-size firm in New York. She then worked in HR Recruiting at Goldman Sachs and managed the U.S. executive search practice. After taking time off to raise her three kids, Jill returned to work at Morgan Stanley and worked in Experienced Recruiting and Talent Development where she designed and implemented various HR programs. Jill’s experience practicing law coupled with her career in corporate HR gives her a unique understanding of the career challenges attorneys face as well as the business needs of law firms and corporations.
Jill has placed attorneys and worked on searches across a wide array of practice areas including International Arbitration, Commercial Litigation, Real Estate Litigation, Securities Litigation, Real Estate, M&A, Finance, WCC, Bankruptcy, Labor & Employment and Tax.
Jill is deeply committed to her candidates and clients and believes that transparency, open communication, and trust are critical to a successful relationship. She collaborates with clients to understand their recruiting needs, share market knowledge and help drive search strategies. Jill partners with her candidates to formulate a targeted job search and guide them through the recruiting and hiring process.
Jill earned her law degree at Georgetown University Law Center and received her B.A., magna cum laude, from The University of Michigan. After living in New York City for many years, she now resides in Westfield, New Jersey with her husband.
