Will train a strong finance/lending associate. Experience with loan trading transactions is a plus.

You will responsible for reviewing and drafting documentation, and structuring and leading negotiations for the transactions; preparing and maintaining templates; liaising with outside counsel; and advising the deal team and other internal stakeholders, including risk and compliance.

This will be a hybrid position. Normally 3 days/week in office; 2 days/week work from home. Employer requires all of its employees to be fully vaccinated against the Covid-19 virus
