Marcus Williams is a Director with the PeterSan Group. Prior to joining The PeterSan Group, he practiced law at several law firms, including Schulte Roth & Zabel, specializing in corporate finance and joint ventures. In addition, Marcus’s insights into the legal market are influenced by years of working as a Research Consultant at Russell Reynolds Associates in the board and CEO practice.
Marcus received his B.A. in Economics and Comparative Literature, summa cum laude, from Rutgers University – New Brunswick. He received his J.D. from New York University School of Law. Marcus is conversational in Spanish and resides in the Clinton Hill, Brooklyn, New York with his wife and child.
